Using PrintNear

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Print orders

PrintNear helps users submit print requests to participating independent print shops. Shop availability, pricing, production time, print quality, pickup, and delivery options may vary and should be reviewed before confirming an order.

You are responsible for checking document content and print settings, including page range, size, color, copies, orientation, and finishing options.

Uploaded content

You retain ownership of your documents. By submitting a document, you authorize PrintNear and the selected shop to access and use it only as needed to process and fulfill your order.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content, or documents you do not have permission to reproduce.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Applicable prices, fees, payment methods, cancellation options, and refund terms will be shown during the order process. Once printing has started, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every print shop will accept every request.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrintNear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
